A proud graduate of CUNY School of Law and The City College of New York, Kelsey holds a Juris Doctor and a B.A. in Psychology. Since her admission to the New York State Bar in 2017, Kelsey has dedicated her legal career to working in the public interest sector. Throughout her career, she has continued to carry forward the mission of her alma mater, "Law in the Service of Human Needs", by focusing on compassionate conflict resolution both inside and outside of the courts. Kelsey has advocated for individuals navigating complex systems, particularly survivors of domestic violence, public benefits recipients, and pro se litigants. Kelsey is excited about this new chapter in her career as Director of Mediation Programs where she can utilize her legal background to serve the community in a new capacity. — Kelsey Santiago, Esq.
