Our People

The Mediation Center of Dutchess County is a resource to the community, resourced by the community. Our staff, board, and volunteers live and work throughout Dutchess County – and are committed to strengthening relationships in the region.

Staff

Staff at the Mediation Center bring their unique backgrounds and life experiences to the work of dispute resolution. Whatever their role, they offer tools to help community members facing conflict.

Volunteers

Volunteer mediators come from all walks of life to generously share their time in service to others. They undergo rigorous training to develop the skills and sensitivity needed to effectively mediate conflict.

Volunteers facilitate 97% of the cases that come through MCDC, and we are grateful!
